Main Attractions in Oran

I'll start with the Great Mosque, built in 1796 as a symbol for the liberation from the Spanish. Next is the Demaegth Museum which covers thousands of years of Oran's history through its collections. There is an amusement park too, called Jinaa Al Ahlam ( Heaven of Dreams) located next to the '19 Juin' stadium, and Cathedral de Sacre Coeur has recently been open to the public as a library so there is no charge for entrance.
