Ghardaia it comprises 5 towns in the river valley of Oued M'Zab and the main religion here it's called the Mozabites, it's actually a sect. So you may find it interesting to visit the Beni Isguen religious fulcrum, it's 3 km from the centre of Ghardaia. Tourists can't enter without a guide and you can't wear shorts, smoke or take photos there.
